HangLoose Decals.com has made reasonable efforts not to reproduce any copyrighted images without license to do so. HangLoose Decals.com will not sell customized logo/business decals to anyone who is not authorized to reproduce their registered trademark or logo, thereby assuming all legal responsibility for any purported damages for any trademark infringement resulting from their fraudulent misrepresentation.

You will be responsible for obtaining the applicable approval, if needed, before placing any order that uses copyrighted artwork or logos. By purchasing you are respresenting to us that you have authority, or that you have obtained approval to reproduce the requested trademark or logos.

Warranty:  We want you to be 100% happy with your HangLoose Decals! Please inspect your decals upon arrival, before applying them, and let us know right away if there are any defects or shipping damage. Also be sure to check out the application tips and video, as we will not refund or exchange consumer-damaged or partially applied decals. If you would like a proof of your custom order, please check the ¿Send Me A Proof!¿ box in the order section, and we will email or fax for approval before processing your order. There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom text orders, so check your proof carefully!

Delivery and Shipment: Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the date ordered. Occasionally with large orders it may take 15-30 days, and if this is the case, we will contact you to confirm before processing your order. If you have an urgent order please make a note in the Comments section of your order, or send us an email and we will do our best to get your order processed right away. The actual delivery date will depend on the shipment method selected at checkout. HangLoose Decals can not be held responsible for delays in shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
